Senior Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Compliance Analyst will manage regulatory inquiries and examinations for insurance affiliates, ensuring timely and accurate responses while collaborating with internal teams and external regulators.

Key responsibilities

• Effectively manage regulatory inquiries and formulate responses by researching applicable laws and regulations
• Respond to inquiries from regulatory bodies regarding insurance and securities activities
• Collaborate with compliance units to coordinate timely regulatory filings and identify potential risk areas

Required qualifications

• College degree, preferably a J.D. or paralegal degree
• 5 years of experience with regulatory examinations in the insurance or financial industry
• Experience with life insurance and annuity products is a plus
• Strong organizational, critical thinking, and analytical skills
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects under pressure
