Senior Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

To support the Accident & Health division, the full-time Senior Compliance Analyst will independently draft and file policy forms, manage complex product projects, and review marketing materials for compliance with regulatory requirements, working either onsite in Eatontown, NJ, or remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Independently draft policy forms and manage complex product projects in collaboration with various internal teams
• Review and assess regulatory changes to determine filing and compliance requirements
• Analyze advertising materials for compliance with internal standards and state regulations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of experience in the insurance industry, with exposure to Accident & Health product lines
• Demonstrated knowledge of insurance compliance laws and regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
