Senior Compliance Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting the Legal & Compliance function, the full-time Senior Compliance Analyst will monitor anti-bribery, competition law, and third-party risks while documenting internal controls and assisting with corporate rebranding and IPO readiness initiatives in a remote capacity for a six-month contract.
Key responsibilities
- Run annual and periodic compliance monitoring programs across global business units
- Administer compliance tools and review approval workflows, third-party screenings, and conflict-of-interest disclosures
- Track compliance metrics, identify control gaps, and maintain the compliance documentation repository
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, legal studies, compliance, finance, or a related field
- 3-7 years of experience in compliance, internal audit, or risk management
- Strong attention to detail and documentation discipline
- Comfortable interpreting policy and translating it into monitoring activities
- Experience with workflow, tracking, or GRC tools preferred
