Senior Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

Assisting in the maintenance of a comprehensive Compliance Program, the full-time Senior Compliance Analyst will provide regulatory interpretation, manage compliance reporting, and lead special projects while working remotely with occasional travel to the Ohio office.

Key responsibilities

• Manage compliance reporting responsibilities and respond to inquiries from state and federal regulatory agencies
• Review and synthesize regulatory requirements to create policy and position statements
• Perform periodic compliance audits and risk assessments related to ongoing compliance monitoring activities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related legal field or equivalent experience; Master's or Juris Doctorate preferred
• 3+ years of related experience in compliance privacy and/or regulatory affairs
• Experience in project management with knowledge of laws and regulations in compliance, particularly HIPAA
