Senior Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

To strengthen compliance processes across a growing portfolio of P&C insurance products, the full-time Senior Compliance Analyst will build and implement new compliance frameworks, develop policies, and provide guidance while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Build and implement new compliance processes that are structured, efficient, and scalable
• Develop policies and procedures to streamline operations and ensure regulatory compliance across all P&C lines
• Provide compliance guidance and feedback to leadership, fostering strong relationships across teams

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of P&C personal lines insurance compliance or risk management experience
• Demonstrated persuasive writing skills for clear communication of technical and insurance requirements
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Working knowledge of risk management principles across any line of business
• A bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Risk Management, or a related field is a plus
