Senior Compliance Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting the Company's Anti-Money Laundering, Operations Compliance, Regulatory Examinations, and Data Compliance programs, the full-time Senior Compliance Analyst will work in a hybrid or remote capacity to manage regulatory risks and enhance compliance capabilities across various organizational functions.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, investigate, mitigate, and report privacy incidents to the legal team
- Perform analysis and enhanced due diligence for AML matters, including filing Suspicious Activity Reports
- Support consumer data rights requests and maintain privacy notices and disclosures
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 4+ years of relevant experience in the financial services industry, with insurance experience preferred
- 2+ years of compliance experience, preferably in privacy and/or data compliance
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to the insurance industry
- Experience interpreting laws and regulations is a plus
