Senior Compliance Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting compliance initiatives, the full-time Senior Compliance Analyst will translate legal and regulatory requirements into actionable guidance, manage product compliance, and lead privacy and risk assessments in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the Compliance partner for product teams, reviewing PRDs and translating legal requirements into operational guidance
- Lead compliance projects, monitor regulatory developments, and support HIPAA and privacy law implementations
- Conduct risk assessments and vendor compliance reviews, maintaining policies and operational guidance for compliance programs
Required qualifications
- 4 years of compliance experience, preferably in healthcare technology or SaaS
- Working knowledge of HIPAA, HITRUST, and U.S. privacy law requirements
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Legal
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
