Senior Compliance Analyst
Job Summary
To support the compliance program, the full-time Senior Compliance Analyst will manage compliance reporting, respond to regulatory inquiries, and lead special projects while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage compliance reporting responsibilities and respond to inquiries from state and federal regulatory agencies
- Assist in developing, producing, and conducting compliance training programs
- Perform periodic compliance audits and risk assessments related to ongoing compliance monitoring activities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related legal field or equivalent experience; Master's or Juris Doctorate preferred
- 3+ years of related experience in compliance, privacy, and/or regulatory affairs
- Experience in project management with knowledge of laws and regulations in compliance, particularly HIPAA
- Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) required for Pennsylvania Health & Wellness position
- Experience managing ethics and compliance projects or implementations
