Senior Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

Serving as a compliance investigator for escalated and complex cases, the full-time Senior Compliance Analyst will manage investigations related to sales and marketing compliance, recommend corrective actions, and train team members while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct escalated investigations and recommend corrective actions related to sales and marketing compliance
• Communicate with internal and external partners to keep stakeholders informed of case statuses and emerging risks
• Draft and update compliance policies and procedures, presenting findings to the Agent Review Board for decision-making

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of experience in a Medicare Advantage marketing, sales, or compliance role with investigative experience
• Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of mixed complexity cases
• Strong critical assessment skills to evaluate information and escalate matters as necessary
• Proven track record of delivering projects that meet defined objectives with minimal oversight
