Senior Compliance Analyst - Marketing
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst - Marketing for a remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and oversight for compliance efforts through marketing asset review, analysis, and reporting
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, policies, and procedures related to marketing disclosures and communications
- Analyze data for discrepancies and risks, communicate analysis output, and maintain expertise in compliance matters
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Financial Compliance/Regulatory Environment, Legal, Audit, Banking, or related field OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of relevant experience
- Expert knowledge of Bank operations, systems, and regulations
- Ability to identify risks, recommend process enhancements, and maintain compliance with applicable rules and standards
