Senior Compliance Analyst - MO
Job Summary
Partnering with leadership to maintain compliance with Duals (D-SNP) Program requirements, the full-time Senior Compliance Analyst - MO will provide regulatory interpretation, perform compliance reporting, and lead special projects while working remotely from anywhere in the Continental United States.
Key responsibilities
- Manage compliance reporting responsibilities for Duals and respond to inquiries from regulatory agencies
- Lead compliance projects, audits, and training programs related to Duals regulations
- Review regulatory requirements and develop policies, procedures, and compliance strategies
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Law or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in Compliance and/or regulatory affairs
- Project management experience with knowledge of Medicare, D-SNP, and state regulations
