Senior Compliance Analyst, P&C

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Compliance Analyst, Excess and Surplus - P&C.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate prospective P&C program structures and facilitate resolution of issues
• Draft product policy forms and manuscript endorsements for non-admitted Excess and Surplus lines
• Conduct audits to ensure compliance of policies, certificates, and advertising

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• 5+ years of experience in the Insurance Industry, particularly with surplus lines placements
• Knowledge of Excess and Surplus lines P&C compliance laws and regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
