Senior Compliance and Privacy Analyst

Job Summary

To support the development and maintenance of ethics, compliance, and privacy programs, the full-time Senior Compliance and Privacy Analyst will conduct risk assessments, manage privacy requirements, and oversee compliance activities in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the development and oversight of the corporate Ethics & Compliance Program and serve as a point of contact for compliance-related inquiries
• Conduct privacy impact assessments and manage Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) to ensure compliance with regulations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed privacy-by-design principles into new technologies and business initiatives

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 5+ years of experience in a compliance or legal role, with at least four years focused on ethics and/or data privacy
• Proven experience in conducting vendor due diligence and compliance investigations
• Hands-on experience with privacy incident response and documentation
• In-depth knowledge of privacy laws and regulations, such as GDPR and CCPA/CPRA
