Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Compliance Associate, QA.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the FIU QA program, including execution and maintenance across various compliance functions
• Conduct QA reviews and assist in developing compliance testing programs and procedures
• Analyze quality performance data to identify trends and prepare comprehensive reports for stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in the financial industry, preferably in QA, Audit, BSA/AML, or Compliance Testing
• Familiarity with QA testing frameworks and audit procedures in compliance environments
• Strong analytical mindset capable of reviewing structured and unstructured data
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information
• Exceptional ownership of deliverables and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
