Senior Compliance Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a FIU Compliance Associate - FIU Scale Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead transaction monitoring optimization, including rule testing and threshold tuning
• Identify and implement automation and workflow improvements across FIU processes
• Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to enhance operational capabilities

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in AML, financial crime compliance, or FIU operations
• 3+ years of experience designing and tuning transaction monitoring rules
• Experience with transaction monitoring systems and compliance tooling
• Experience in a regulated financial institution, preferably in the EU, UK, or US
• Familiarity with blockchain analytics tools and compliance technology solutions
