A company is looking for a Senior Compliance Associate.

Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee a team of compliance associates, conducting audits and reviews of tax documents and returns
Draft member communications and external-facing content related to tax compliance
Research tax laws, draft policies, and respond to member tax notices and inquiries

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
CPA certification is a strong advantage
Substantial experience in tax compliance, auditing, and quality control procedures
Strong understanding of federal and state tax laws and regulations
Experience in drafting policies, member communications, and external-facing content
