Senior Compliance Attorney

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Compliance Attorney with investment management experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and mentor two junior attorneys
• Provide guidance on complex compliance issues and advise marketing and investment teams
• Serve as a senior point of contact with regulators and enhance the compliance function

Required Qualifications

• Former Chief Compliance Officer or senior compliance leader experience
• Deep experience in mutual funds and ETFs
• Ability to work remotely for approximately 15 to 25 hours per week
• Available for a project duration of 2-3 months starting around February 1
• Compensation based on qualifications, skillset, and relevant experience
