Senior Compliance Auditor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Compliance Auditor to review complex audits and assist in compliance education.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct complex audits of hospital and physician claims to ensure compliance with regulations
• Support the development and maintenance of the quarterly audit work plan and assist in training new auditors
• Coordinate and monitor Corrective Action Plans for identified non-compliance issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Allied Health, or a related field
• Minimum of five years of experience in a healthcare environment, including auditing and compliance
• Current certification from AAPC or AHIMA, such as CPC or CCS
• Extensive knowledge of CMS, OIG, and regulatory guidelines
• Strong proficiency in data analysis and use of electronic health records
