Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Compliance Consultant, Underwriting.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensures implementation of required regulatory changes and acts as an advisor to underwriting peers
• Monitors industry circulars and translates key trends into actionable insights for change
• Collaborates with Legal and Corporate Compliance to address issues and drive requirements across the business unit

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; professional designations preferred
• Typically a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with prior insurance industry experience preferred
• Knowledge of insurance and underwriting principles, practices, and procedures
• Ability to lead and make decisions within scope of responsibility
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple projects
