Senior Compliance Consultant

Job Summary

To support financial institutions in navigating regulatory landscapes, the full-time Senior Compliance Consultant will assess compliance programs, review regulatory processes, and develop recommendations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Assess CMS program documents and perform gap analyses to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements
• Manage large data sets, synthesize data into Key Risk Indicators, and create client deliverables such as audit reports
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members while identifying regulatory gaps and recommending procedural changes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business or equivalent work experience
• 4+ years of experience in compliance testing, audit, or risk/control documentation within financial services
• Strong knowledge of bank regulatory compliance, deposit operations, and loan operations
• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint, along with proficiency in business process mapping tools like Visio
• Effective project management and leadership abilities
