Senior Compliance Data Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Compliance Product Data.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and develop a team of Data Product Managers/Analysts while fostering a culture of technical excellence
• Provide leadership for the Compliance data product suite, including Customer Risk Scoring and Transaction Monitoring
• Lead the design and implementation of the Compliance data risk framework, addressing Data Quality and Lineage Risk

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience managing technical data product teams in a regulated Financial Services or FinTech environment
• 10+ years of experience in Data Product Management, Data Engineering, or Technical Program Management with expertise in AML, KYC, and Transaction Monitoring
• Ability to engage in technical discussions on ETL pipelines, SQL, and data modeling
• Experience mapping complex data flows to meet regulatory standards
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills to align priorities between product speed and data integrity
