Senior Compliance Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Compliance II.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the global healthcare compliance program
• Advise on compliance matters related to pharmaceutical products and interactions with various stakeholders
• Assist with risk management and compliance projects outside of healthcare, including audits and regulatory matters

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in compliance or law within a pharmaceutical or biotechnology company
• Significant experience with commercial, medical affairs, and R&D departments
• Expertise in FDA regulations, False Claims Act, and transparency reporting laws
• Experience with at least one pharmaceutical product launch is preferred
• Strong organizational and people-management skills
