Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and oversight of the global healthcare compliance program
• Advise on healthcare compliance matters and develop policies and training materials
• Assist with risk management and other compliance-related projects

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in compliance or law in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology setting
• Significant experience with commercial, medical affairs, and R&D departments
• Expertise in FDA regulations, anti-kickback statutes, and transparency reporting laws
• Experience with at least one pharmaceutical product launch preferred
• Strong organizational and people-management skills
