Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior G&C Governance & Control Specialist - Compliance COE.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support for the oversight of the compliance program implementation across various business units
• Lead the development and documentation of processes and controls, ensuring compliance with regulations
• Advise senior management on governance and control issues, and recommend improvements based on emerging trends

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree preferred
• 10+ years of relevant experience in regulatory compliance
• Expert knowledge of governance, risk, and control procedures
• Ability to lead and evaluate program/project activities effectively
• Experience in second- or first-line compliance is preferred
