Senior Compliance Investigator

Job Summary

Leading compliance and ethics investigations, the full-time Senior Compliance Investigator will oversee the development and implementation of an enterprise-wide Compliance Investigations Program while working remotely across various states.

Key responsibilities

• Conducts compliance and ethics investigations, including assessment of allegations, document review, witness interviews, and preparation of investigation reports
• Evaluates allegations against federal and state regulations and internal policies, ensuring compliance with established protocols and timelines
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams and prepares reports and presentations on investigation findings for senior management

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience (Associates with 5 years or High School/GED with 6 years of applicable experience)
• 4+ years of experience in investigations, auditing, and risk analysis
• 1+ year of experience in analyzing and interpreting State and Federal laws, rules, and regulations
