Job Summary
Leading compliance and ethics investigations, the full-time Senior Compliance Investigator will oversee investigations across all business units and health plans, ensuring adherence to regulations and company policies while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Conducts compliance and ethics investigations, including assessments, document reviews, witness interviews, and preparation of investigation reports
- Evaluates allegations against federal and state regulations, the company's Code of Conduct, and internal policies to determine compliance violations
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams and provides timely reports on investigation status and outcomes to senior management
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience (Associates with 5 years or High School/GED with 6 years)
- 4+ years of experience in investigations, auditing, and risk analysis
- 1+ year of experience in interpreting State and Federal laws, rules, and regulations
- Experience with compliance case management systems (e.g., Archer, Navex) preferred
- Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) or similar certifications preferred
