Senior Compliance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Central Compliance and Strategy Senior Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute the enterprise Compliance Risk Assessment strategy and improve the integrated CMS governance framework
• Drive connectivity between compliance programs and serve as a strategic advisor across compliance lines
• Manage a team of compliance professionals and oversee the use of GRC technology for compliance risk reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in compliance and/or risk management in financial services
• Demonstrated leadership in Compliance Risk Assessments and Compliance Governance
• Expert knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance oversight expectations
• Experience with GRC platforms and compliance risk taxonomies
