Senior Compliance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Compliance Manager for the Risk Evaluation and Assurance Program.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of compliance testing professionals, overseeing risk-based monitoring and evaluation activities
• Provide guidance and strategic direction for compliance testing and special projects in collaboration with line of business management
• Utilize data analysis tools to assess risks and evaluate controls, identifying potential weaknesses and control gaps

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum 6 years of compliance, risk management, and/or audit experience, with management experience preferred
• Practical knowledge of financial services compliance regulations, including AML/BSA and consumer compliance
• Experience with data analysis tools and techniques, including advanced Microsoft Office skills
• High ethical standards and strong critical thinking skills
