Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Drive and support operational compliance programs to identify and mitigate compliance risks
Design and perform audits of compliance initiatives and propose solutions for enhancement
Develop plans to raise awareness of compliance issues and ensure timely resolution of Corrective Action Plans

Required Qualifications

7 years of experience in risk, regulatory, or audit roles, preferably in the healthcare industry
Must have a BS/BA degree
Extensive knowledge in operationalizing compliance programs and building dashboards
Experience in executing risk assessments and implementing corrective action plans
Strong project management and prioritization skills
