Senior Compliance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Compliance Manager (Training & Project Management).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and deployment of mandatory compliance training programs globally
• Map global regulatory requirements and collaborate with local counsels for necessary approvals
• Manage compliance projects from inception through post-implementation review

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Compliance, Learning & Development, or a related field; experience may substitute for education
• 8+ years of experience in compliance, learning & development, or project management in a multinational environment
• Proven track record managing global compliance training programs
• Project management expertise; PMP or equivalent certification is highly desirable
• Strong working knowledge of compliance regulations, including DOJ requirements
