• 7+ years of experience in risk, compliance, or audit in personal lines insurance
• 5+ years of experience using AI and/or RPA for automated solutions
• Bachelor's degree
• Technical knowledge of the insurance policy lifecycle and state regulatory challenges
• Strong understanding of monitoring and testing practices
