Senior Compliance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Enterprise Compliance Corrections.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the assessment and prioritization of non-compliance issues
• Oversee the execution and continuous improvement of the Corrections Compliance program
• Provide regular updates on program performance to senior management and key stakeholders

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, Public Health, or related field required
• Master's Degree or Juris Doctor (JD) preferred
• 5+ years of compliance experience in a healthcare environment required
• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience required
• Experience with federal and state regulatory agencies preferred
