Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Compliance and Asset Management.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with underwriting and structuring NMTC transactions to ensure compliance with tax code
Prepare annual CDE compliance reports and monitor compliance with NMTC Program
Collect and analyze financial statements and compliance reports for assigned portfolio

Required Qualifications

BA in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
5+ years of experience in community development finance or structured finance
Knowledge of tax credit financing, specifically NMTC
Experience working with CDEs, lenders, and investors
Proficiency in Excel
