Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Program Senior Manager, Regulatory Audits.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage audit teams in conducting compliance program audits and risk assessments
• Evaluate the effectiveness of the organization's compliance program and ensure adherence to regulations
• Develop and execute a strategic audit plan, analyze findings, and prepare detailed audit reports

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, law, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
• Professional certification (e.g., Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional) is a plus
• 8 - 10 years of experience in compliance program management and audit leadership
• Deep knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk assessment
• Proficiency in audit tools and software
