Senior Compliance Manager

Job Summary

To support corporate compliance initiatives, the full-time hybrid Senior Compliance Manager will manage enterprise compliance programs, conduct risk assessments, and collaborate with leadership on regulatory changes while working in-office from Tuesday to Thursday and remotely on Mondays and Fridays.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide guidance on the implementation and management of compliance programs, including anti-corruption and antitrust
• Conduct risk assessments and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to address compliance opportunities
• Oversee corporate policy governance and partner with Internal Audit on enterprise risk management processes

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; paralegal or compliance certification preferred
• 5-10 years of experience in compliance, preferably with major law firms and in-house corporate settings
• Ability to analyze complex topics and communicate them effectively to various audiences
• Confidence and adaptability in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships across teams
