Senior Compliance Manager

Job Summary

Leading complex, multi-framework audit programs for flagship cloud platforms, the full-time Senior Compliance Manager will manage large-scale external audits, drive compliance automation initiatives, and serve as a liaison across cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end execution of large-scale consolidated audits, managing external auditor relationships for successful outcomes
• Partner with Product Security Engineering to implement AI-driven compliance solutions and streamline manual processes into automated workflows
• Act as the primary compliance liaison, resolving complex blockers and facilitating technical exercises across various departments

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in GRC, Information Security, or IT Program Management with a focus on leading large-scale external audits
• Subject matter expertise in industry frameworks such as PCI-DSS, ISO, SOC, and HIPAA
• Proficiency in Git, Markdown, and YAML for compliance documentation management
• Experience leveraging AI tools to automate compliance tasks
• Demonstrated ability to navigate high-pressure audit cycles and resolve conflicting priorities across teams
