Job Summary

Providing strategic regulatory advisory support for innovative digital products, the full-time Senior Compliance Manager will embed compliance expertise into product development processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance control environments in a hybrid work setting.

Key responsibilities

• Support regulatory applicability and compliance risk assessments for new capabilities and launches
• Provide embedded compliance guidance to product and engineering teams
• Review marketing materials and customer communications to ensure regulatory adherence

Required qualifications

• 4-8+ years of experience in product compliance, fintech compliance, or regulatory advisory
• Experience with digital products, payments, wallets, or fintech ecosystems
• Strong understanding of consumer protection and payments regulations
• Ability to navigate ambiguity in rapidly evolving environments
• Experience partnering with product and technology organizations
