Senior Compliance Manager

Job Summary

Leading governance and operational compliance initiatives, the full-time Senior Compliance Manager will oversee compliance reporting, develop AI-enabled solutions, and enhance regulatory operations within the U.S. Consumer Regulatory Risk Identification team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development of executive-level compliance reporting and dashboards
• Serve as the primary AI enablement lead, identifying and operationalizing AI tools to improve compliance workflows
• Coordinate audit and exam management activities while tracking regulatory commitments and issue management

Required qualifications

• 4-8+ years of experience in compliance governance, operational risk, or related fields
• Strong skills in PowerPoint and executive presentation development
• Experience building dashboards, metrics, and reporting frameworks
• Demonstrated interest or experience in leveraging AI tools in professional environments
• Ability to translate complex regulatory concepts into scalable processes
