Job Summary

Leading compliance governance and AI enablement initiatives, the full-time Senior Compliance Manager will drive operational compliance activities, develop executive-level reporting, and implement AI tools to enhance compliance workflows and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development of compliance reporting and dashboards while coordinating governance activities
• Serve as the primary AI enablement lead, identifying and operationalizing AI solutions for compliance processes
• Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance governance maturity and ensure regulatory alignment

Required qualifications

• 4-8+ years of experience in compliance governance, operational risk, or related fields
• Strong skills in PowerPoint and executive presentation development
• Experience in building dashboards and reporting frameworks
• Demonstrated interest or experience in leveraging AI tools in professional settings
• Ability to translate complex regulatory concepts into scalable processes and materials
