Job Summary

Leading governance and operational compliance initiatives, the full-time Senior Compliance Manager will oversee executive-level reporting, develop compliance dashboards, and serve as the AI champion to enhance compliance workflows and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and present executive-level compliance reports and dashboards
• Coordinate governance activities and manage compliance operating procedures
• Identify and implement AI-enabled solutions to improve compliance operations

Required qualifications

• 4-8+ years of experience in compliance governance, operational risk, or related fields
• Strong skills in PowerPoint and executive presentation development
• Experience in building dashboards and reporting frameworks
• Demonstrated interest or experience in leveraging Artificial Intelligence tools
• Ability to translate complex regulatory concepts into scalable processes
