Senior Compliance Manager

Job Summary

Reporting to the Head of Trust, the full-time Senior Compliance Manager will own and scale Harvey's compliance programs, leading cross-functional collaboration to ensure a secure and compliant platform while building a high-impact team remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Build the business case and strategic roadmap for compliance investments, articulating ROI and certification sequencing
• Lead gap assessments and compliance readiness evaluations, producing maturity baselines and prioritized remediation roadmaps
• Drive audit readiness by coordinating evidence collection and continuous monitoring with Engineering and Security teams

Required qualifications

• 10+ years in information security or compliance, with 5+ years leading compliance programs for commercial SaaS or PaaS
• Deep command of the compliance lifecycle, including scoping, gap analysis, and continuous monitoring
• Proven ability to influence cross-functionally at the senior level across Engineering, Product, Legal, and Sales
• Experience selecting and managing third-party assessors and compliance advisory firms
• 1-2+ years of experience using AI tools to enhance program efficiency
