Job Summary

Leading finance compliance and internal audit functions, the full-time Senior Compliance Manager will ensure adherence to regulations and organizational policies while providing structured support and training to various teams in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the finance compliance function, ensuring adherence to Uniform Guidance, GAAP, and donor requirements
• Supervise internal audit staff and oversee financial, operational, and compliance audits across various offices
• Develop and deliver training on finance compliance, internal controls, and audit readiness for multiple teams

Required qualifications

• Four-year degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
• 2-5 years of accounting experience
• Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
• Experience with automated accounting systems and financial report writing systems
• Mature and personal Christian faith, aligned with the organization's mission and values
