Job Summary
Driving the strategy and execution of the Regulatory Change Management Program, the full-time Senior Regulatory Compliance Manager will oversee regulatory changes, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the development and implementation of the Regulatory Change Management Program
- Identify and implement process enhancements for efficient program execution
- Support internal and external regulatory examinations and ensure timely remediation of findings
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in compliance, regulatory, or related discipline within a financial institution
- Detailed knowledge of regulatory compliance program implementation and maintenance
- Experience developing a comprehensive regulatory compliance change management program
- Strong analytical skills related to laws, rules, and regulations
- Familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS, and GSuite
