Job Summary
Owning all aspects of the Compliance Management Program, the full-time Senior Compliance Manager will ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements, lead a team of compliance professionals, and provide oversight and reporting to senior management in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement the Compliance Management Program, ensuring adherence to established standards
- Analyze compliance risks and provide credible challenges to control assessments and regulatory issues
- Translate complex regulatory topics into executive-ready communications and reports for senior management and the Board
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in highly regulated industries
- Bachelor's degree highly preferred or relevant equivalent experience
- Industry-recognized compliance certifications preferred (e.g., CAMS, CRCM)
