Key responsibilities:
- Oversees federal grant administration, including recipient performance reviews and financial analysis
- Directs monitoring activities, including compliance assessments and quality assurance efforts
- Develops technical assistance resources and ensures deliverables meet project objectives and quality standards
Required qualifications:
- Master's degree in a relevant field
- At least 20 years of relevant work experience
- A minimum of 4 years of direct program and contract management experience
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience
