Job Summary
Providing strategic oversight of federal grants administration, the full-time Senior Compliance Monitoring Expert will manage compliance reviews, corrective action management, and technical assistance for grantees while working remotely or in a hybrid capacity for candidates within a 50-mile radius of North Bethesda or San Mateo offices.
Key responsibilities
- Oversees federal grant administration activities, including performance reviews and financial analysis
- Leads the design and improvement of monitoring methodologies and compliance assessment tools
- Supervises and develops assigned staff, ensuring high-quality technical assistance and project deliverables
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant field
- At least 20 years of relevant work experience, including 4 years in program and contract management
- A minimum of 3 years' supervisory experience
- Demonstrated subject matter expertise through publications or presentations in public health or human services
- Knowledge of federal government contracting and grants management
