Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Compliance Officer responsible for ensuring compliance with laws and regulations in a designated area.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of relevant laws and regulations for assigned products or areas
• Conduct compliance reviews and manage compliance exceptions while investigating customer complaints

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Ten or more years of related experience
• Two or more years of managerial experience
• Extensive knowledge of federal, state, and local laws and regulations
• Comprehensive understanding of business unit products, policies, and operations
