Senior Compliance Officer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Compliance Officer for the Strategy & Transformation Office (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee regulatory issue remediation lifecycle and coordinate with key stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate remediation
• Act as a liaison during compliance examinations, coordinating regulatory requests and ensuring quality control of deliverables
• Develop reports on compliance regulatory landscape and maintain documentation for working groups and governance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in Compliance, Legal, Audit, Banking, or related fields OR High School Diploma/GED and 12 years of experience in these areas
• Preferred certifications include Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) or Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Strong program/project management experience
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint
• Familiarity with Archer / Workiva tools and workflows
