Senior Compliance Officer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Compliance Officer.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversees governance and management of enterprise-wide compliance programs, including policy creation and compliance monitoring
• Provides consultative oversight to enhance business program design and ensures compliance alignment across segments
• Conducts research on laws and regulations, manages regulatory issue identification, and develops compliance education tools

Required Qualifications

• JD and 4 years of experience in Legal, Privacy, Compliance, Data Protection, or related field
• Experience with compliance program management in highly regulated markets
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Preferred: JD and 5 years of experience in relevant fields; certifications such as CCEP or CIPM
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance principles and experience in a global organization
