Senior Compliance Officer

Job Summary

Serving as the compliance subject matter expert, the full-time Senior Compliance Officer will provide advisory services, maintain proficiency in banking regulations, and mentor junior team members while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provides compliance advisory services and guidance for regulatory changes and business operations across multiple disciplines
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of banking laws and regulations, ensuring compliance in marketing materials and business practices
• Leads internal task forces and collaborates with teams to execute components of the Compliance Program

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
• 6 or more years of experience in banking, financial services, risk management, or compliance (required)
• 2 or more years of experience in digital technology or data management (preferred)
• CRCM or other relevant certification/credentials required within 12 months of employment
• Experience implementing operational or compliance controls in a highly-regulated industry (preferred)
